Can your team building activities be held both indoors and outdoors?
Yes, most of our team building activities are flexible and can be held either indoors or outdoors.
For indoor options, we have multiple fully-sheltered partner venues located conveniently around Singapore (near MRT stations) that you can choose from to hold your team building event. For outdoor options, we’re able to organize your team building event at any open space, grass fields, public parks, event spaces, etc, as long as they’re safe for event/activity use.
The choice depends on your team’s preferences, available space, and objectives.
How long does a typical team building event last?
A typical team building event lasts from 1 hour to 4 hours, depending on the group size and activities. For example, Laser Tag and Escape Room are usually around 1-2 hours, while workshops like Terrarium Making can be completed in 1.5 hours. For clients seeking more depth, we also provide half-day and full-day programs, combining multiple activities, icebreakers, energisers, and debriefs to maximise impact.
What is the minimum and maximum group size you can accommodate?
Our minimum group size is 5 participants and our maximum group size is 1000+ participants. We can accommodate both small and large groups – from small department teams to large-scale half or full-day events. For very large groups, we can run multiple stations, rotate teams, or conduct simultaneous sessions across different venues. There is truly no upper limit to how many participants we can host.

Yes. We provide all the equipment, props, and workshop kits required for the activity. For example, Laser Tag includes guns, vests, and obstacles, while workshops like Leather Craft or Terrarium come with complete workshop materials. You don’t need to prepare anything — just turn up and enjoy.

Are your venues sheltered and accessible?
Yes. The majority of our venues are fully sheltered and conveniently located near MRT stations. We also offer both indoor and outdoor setups depending on your needs. If you prefer to host the event at your own office or site, we can bring the activities to you.
What types of payment methods do you accept?
We provide flexible payment options to make booking simple and convenient. You can pay via PayNow, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Cheque, PayPal, or E-invoicing. For schools and government organisations, we also accept Purchase Orders (POs) through GeBiz and other purchasing platforms. This ensures a smooth procurement process for all clients, whether corporate, public sector, or educational institutions.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking at least 1 week in advance to secure your preferred activity, venue, and date. For urgent or last-minute events, our team will always do our best to accommodate.
For peak periods (such as school holidays, festive seasons, or year-end corporate events), we advise booking 2–4 weeks in advance, as slots are in high demand. Early booking also gives us more time to customise your program and ensure everything runs smoothly.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Our cancellation and rescheduling terms are outlined clearly in every quotation and proposal. We offer flexibility where possible, and our events team will work with you to adjust dates or activities if unforeseen circumstances arise. Transparency is important to us — you’ll always know what to expect before confirming your booking.
